Ban đầu chọn khách sạn gần thì sợ cũ nhưng đến nơi mình thấy khá ổn. Phòng tương đối mới, sạch sẻ và thoáng. Cách âm kém nhưng xung quanh cũng yên tĩnh nên không ảnh hưởng nhiều. Chị chủ thân thiện, nhiệt tình.

Nice, spacious, clean VIP room. Friendly and enthusiastic staff and hostess. Good price. Cheap motorbike rental. Will come back next time. Thanks very much!

The hotel is old but clean, located near the market and many famous restaurants. When I first booked and read the reviews, I was a bit confused, but when I got there, I saw that the room was very good compared to the price range

The hotel side told me that due to a room problem, I should send a message to the nearby amour hotel to check in, I didn't see the reception (both hotels are) but only had a phone number to contact me, get my own room key, self movement, self-management. Booked for 3 nights in Xuan Cuong but had to stay in Amour without cleaning the room every day, the garbage was not cleaned, the room was moldy, the wifi was like a scene but couldn't use anything, did not dare to send the key because no one was in charge. Lost things, no one's car is good. The fact that the hotel is linked like this, I am speechless and helpless. Especially there is no reception, housekeeping is unacceptable. If you put it in, you will have to fight.
