We were attending a wedding at Tower Hill Barns and found this hotel to be excellent. They organised the taxi for us to/from the venue at short notice and there were five of us in one large taxi. The hotel breakfast was excellent. The reception guys we dealt with were extremely helpful in everything we needed. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel but when we had the breakfast we wished we did! The only downside is the very narrow entrance to the hotel car park which was a very tight manoeuvre but one of us got out of the car to guide the car in.

Second stay here in a ground floor standard room. Room was small, basic and poorly designed, very poor wardrobe & storage space. Bathroom tired, shower mouldy & in need of a facelift. Basic facilities, had to request hand towels and water glasses. Couldn’t open the curtain as window opened directly onto next doors car park. A la carte breakfast was good.

We loved our overnight stay here. Our room was clean and comfortable with a good shower. You have to carry your suitcase upstairs, we didn’t mind but just giving others the heads up. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a good location, just walking distance to the town centre. We can recommend

Stated here over Christmas when visiting Wrexham for the football, beautiful old building, breakfast was AMAZING I understand why people rave about the restaurant which we sadly didn't visit - only downside was our room was like a sauna even in December because it was a tiny room the radiators felt suffocating so we had to sleep with the window open (even my husband whose always cold complained it was to hot) but thankfully the hotel is on a quiet road

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lemon Tree. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. Central to the train station, Wrexham stadium and quaint downtown. Could walk everywhere. Definitely will be back.

The hotel rooms were good. Spacious and clean bathroom, adequate heating, a fridge in the room and soaps etc provided. The hotel restaurant was excellent. The food was fine-dining quality for a quarter of the fine-dining price tag.

The room was too hot. We didn’t open window because of the safety as we were on the ground. The mattress is so uncomfortable. It couldn’t support weight and it laid on one side.
