Had a wonderful stay, when we did encounter a problem it was dealt with effectively

Excellent time in Vienna. Great breakfast selection, awesome view of the river. Would like if the rate for parking was a tad lower since we pay so much already for the hotel.

Great stay- the staff was a ittle gumpy and did not provide the best service, but the rooms, view and food were great

On the Danube riverfront, with a great view of the river.

The airconditioner did not work. We asked for help from staff but they only gave us a fan and some cold waters. We were not able to sleep due to how warm the rooms were. Terrible experience for what we paid. Do NOT recommend.

Great property and great food and service. My brothers room shower tho was not super poweful. But mine with river view was great

The best breakfast we had so far in our EU trip! Views are amazing from the restaurant and the rooms are very spacious

It was hot, and I told the hotel that the air conditioner wasn't working. They said it wasn't working now because if it did, it would cancel the "hamm" (which likely refers to a heating system), and they brought us a fan. The breakfast there is delicious, and the area is beautiful with a view of the river.

It was short but great Stay with family and our dog. Everything was perfect, and breakfast is great.

Overall good stay! The room was extremely hot and we could not open the window at night due to the oassing trains. The room was dusty.

We were really disappointed in this property. We rely on Hilton to provide a certain level of experience, and this property sadly did not meet those expectations.

Very nice hotel the only issue I have is the gym on the top floor was roasting hot from all the sun in the windows and no air conditioning. The pool was not heated either so my kids couldn’t use it

Beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. Staff are nice. The location is not bad. It’s on water so walking on the marina is really nice
