Our stay was excellent value for money. Breakfast was lovely, clean room etc, kettle and teas provided. Staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Minor thing was that the halls could do with a lick of paint but the rooms themselves, and the bar etc was nice.

Great greeting, nice large clean room, welcoming our dog, great breakfast , easy free parking, great value for money.

Staff were very friendly and hotel was located in a quiet place but the problem was my bed was so uncomfortable, the mattress had collapsed and needed turning or rotating asked twice but they did nothing, wasn’t bothered at all. So as of this I don’t sleep for very long and will never return as obviously they don’t listen to the guests and help them with the requests.

Freshly cooked breakfast and reasonable. Rooms and corridors in dire need of revamp. TV not working, iron was unreliable, seriously cracked hand basin. For the price all around the stay was functional.

Genuinely dreadful, checked out after one night. Bath had a dirty rim around it, cracks in the sink and the walls, what appeared to be bogies smeared on the wall by the sink. No way to control the temperature in the room except a plastic fan, noisy and uncomfortable, key card worker only intermittently, shower leaked and sprayed across the room. When I returned to my room the whole corridor stank of cannabis. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel, I would advise anyone to avoid this place. It looks like an open prison.

Lovely welcome after a tortuous 7 hour journey but a disappointing room. TV didn't work and bathroom fan was soooo noisy. Niall was quick to respond though and smoothed the way. Thank you.

I did say to hotel it was a special 60th birthday and nothing was really organised at the room

Speedy check in by a friendly receptionist who was helpful and polite. Nice size room and good friendly service throughout. Clean and comfortable.
