I like the location near the airport, easy checkin, family friendly and beach access. The dining options were limited. I would have liked a breakfast and lunch buffet. I dined at the sports bar on two occasions as it was the only option during that time of day and their menu is very limited. I paid approximately $60 for two basic meals, cheviche, a pasta dish, one soda and one beer. The pasta did not come with bread or parmesan cheese and the chips for the ceviche were very hard/stale. The pool closed too early, at 8 pm, so we never got into the pool. We were also not allowed on the beach at night because the sea turtles were coming inland to lay their eggs, which is reasonable but the pool should hsve been open later to compensate. Staff was attentive, but the big resort prices are not justified.

Booked last minute after our flight was canceled. Great accommodations for our family of 5 (kids ranging from age 6 to 20). Private bedrooms in the villa with two bathrooms and full kitchen, plus balconies. Pools were fine too. Beach access easy (seaweed season so we just enjoyed the sand from afar). Friendly, helpful staff. Good food options on-site and close to strip.

The resort is family oriented and well maintained. The entire stay was relaxing and peaceful. Last but not least, the spa was amazing.

Hotel is very outdated and need some pick me ups. I am in agreement with the closing down and renovating.

Great location And helpful staff.

We originally booked at an all inclusive resort where things went bad quick. We found this location and needed (3) rooms for our family. We were able to get (3) ocean view rooms to save our trip. This was my family’s first time booking just a room. Our room was clean and ac worked well. Ocean view was perfect. Our window was cracked so we just made sure we didn’t touch it. Bathroom is a tad unkept but nothing bad. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. Restaurants on location are good. Just wish the sports restaurant had stronger AC. The spa is nice. Maria did my massage and she was amazing. All spa staff were nice. Manuel at the swim up bar was great, drinks are delicious and not watered down like at all inclusive. Would definitely go back. Felt safer having a gateman there so limited property to just guests.

Lo que sobre sale, es la amabilidad de la mayorìa del personal de todas las àreas. Los servicios que ofrecen para pasar un buen descanso (piscinas, playa, entre otros), hacen que sea placentera la estancia. Lamentablemente no estàn exhentos del sargazo, en cantidades mìnimas en comparaciòn a otras àreas de toda la franja costera de playa. Los desayunos son bastante completos.

The property was beautiful! It had several pools and the pool near our room hardly ever had people so it felt like a private pool. We ate at one of the restaurants and the food was excellent! Outside the property was a bus that takes you to downtown Cancun for $1. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! I have had a great experience here and would definitely go again!

This was an amazing stay! The hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful, and the service exceeded my expectations. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made our stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely return!

Great place, beach was well taken care of

The property is not a 4 star hotel. This is totally misleading on Expedia. It is in extremely run down shape. It may have looked good 30 years ago but now it needs a major update. The rooms looks like motel rooms, very outdated, old, worn down. Sticky floors. inside the rooms smelled like mexican cleaning bleach and couldn't open the windows to air out that horrible chemical smell. Luckily they moved me into a balcony room but even that room was totally run down looking. This hotel had passed its hay-day for sure.

Place has no music entertainment in pool, a boring place if you are looking for something fun.
