The property is beautiful and well maintained.
However, the high floor fallsview room was extremely muggy and uncomfortable for the first day of my stay. On day 2 I decided to keep the curtains closed the entire day from sunrise until sunset and it cooled all the way down. So keep your curtains pulled during the day and you’ll be fine!
The front desk staff was rude both times that I interacted with them (checkin and checkout) as if I was bothering them.
I paid $70 per day for valet and was unable to reach valet staff for an hour at checkout. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for the valet to get the car & bring it to me.
Having said that, the location is fantastic. I walked my way around Niagara Falls to Clifton Hills and the entire length of the falls and it was only 11,033 steps. I was able to enjoy a fantastic dinner at Morton’s Grill inside the property as well.
My only critiques are the staffing issues.
