The lobby is beautiful and the breakfast is good, the towels are terrible and there is nothing but soap on the bathroom very poor for a 4 to 5 start hotel

This was our second visit in 3 months. The hotel feels like a 5 star, yet very laid back and super friendly.

The room at know where to put your luggage. The bathroom didn’t have the shower every day. That is the norm in Brazil. The lighting was weird. It was just too bright. The mattress was very uncomfortable. It was not good quality. Overall I would never choose this property again.

this is really a fanastic hotel , but the best aspect of this hotel is the staff whom were very friendly and helpful and spoke good english . the room was very good quality and the bed super comfortable i highly recommend this hotel

Great hotel!

Good stay! Hotel is nice and clean. Understaffed at times. Good breakfast. Room service (food) needs much improvement. Staff is very polite, but one could tell how understaffed they were.

Room and shower dirty toilet did not working noise from upstairs was very bad .called 3times to send security to calm the noise nothing happened towels wit they over charged me supposed $58 they charged $85 it’s was disaster

The hotel is excellent, I really recommend. I just not recommend the the Asian restaurant inside the hotel , they make me feel bad when I asked for order the food and bring To go to my bedroom cause my kids was there . They says NO .

Very nice, classy, and welcoming hotel. From the greeters, to the bell men, to the counter, and restaurant staff, this hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in. The bathrooms were nice and clean and the shower was awesome. The bed was very comfortable too. I highly recommend this hotel.
