We stayed for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. It was such a good experience and we would definitely return. The room was adequate and staff were amazing, especially at breakfast. The breakfast was really top quality too. Highly recommend.

Good price for a solo traveller for one night but desk is quite short so hard to use for work

My wife and i stayed two nights ,the room was ok but the decor was awful, it looked as if decorator had a few odds and sods left over and decided to do the best he could with off cuts and leftovers. The shower had very little power and didnt drain well at all, there was no shower cap for my wife,the room bin had no liner on both days. We had a meal in the restaurant,it was fantastic and the waiting staff were brilliant,it was a lovely bar and restaurant. I would definately go back for a meal but i wouldnt stay again .

Great hotel in Harrogate. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The only downside is parking, but it’s not the end of the world there are other places to park.

I liked the hotel we gave stated before. I wasnt keen on the room as it overlooked a roof so no view and the bathroom was cold and did not have a blind at the bathroom window. Lack of phone in the room was also a concern, i did see the mobile number to call but not sure that is best ptactice. .

Such an amazing hotel. The room was stunning and the staff were great.

This hotel is in a great location, it is a large oldish hotel, services is great, rooms are a bit basic, but clean and have what’s required.
