Staff was kind at the arrival, they helped me taking my mom on a wheel chair to her room
The bad was after that i ordered food for her and they didn't let the guy pass to give the food to her, they told her she needed to get down to the reception and grab it
Also ordered drinks from the restaurant they told her they were gonna take 40 min. Since they were busy, had to call reception so they could sent it fast and they couldn't charge it to the room
Also at the restaurant, i asked to added it to the room bill they said the same, they couldn't cus the card was only passed for the room....
The room had an issue in the bathroom, the water ran out from the shower, getting the floor all wet, they couldn't change me to another room
