The staff was friendly and kind. The room was clean. The hot tub could us a cleaning it was white and cloudy, however it could be caused by the high volume of people that night using it. The tiki hut doesn't sell refreshments anymore but the pool staff were friendly and there was alot of clean towels.

The pool area is like a resort.

The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating, and the hospitality staff were so friendly and worked so hard to ensure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub in the evenings. A great budget stay with most of the perks found in higher end establishments.

Room was very nice , window faced the indoor beautifull Hawaiian themed pool.The pool has different dip and shallow area comfortable for adults and children. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat around the hotel.

The staff were wonderful and the pool and work out room was good too. However the train at 5:29 and 6:30 am was not good. It sounded like it was coming through our room and tooted loud and lots so it was hard to get back to sleep!

Location was easily accessible to ? we needed to go. Enjoyed our stay. Hot tub/pool area very clean. Front desk staff helpful. Free parking free was a good perk. Onsite restaurant was great with comparable prices! Staff were excellent. Cleaning staff were great and daily rate was excellent! Thanks!

Avoid this place like the plague.

This hotel is quite rundown and isolated from downtown and services. The room was clean and comfortable but older and a bit shabby. My room overlooked train tracks and the train loudly blew it's horn every night at 12:30am and 2am. I waited 10-15 min to talk to feotn desk staff. Pool area was run down and when I was there had been painted or something as was strong with paint fumes. Restaurant was extremely expensive for breakfast with $14 for oatmeal as the cheapest thing. The area feels unsafe. There is no security on the elevator so anyone can wander the place. I felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. Expedia falsely said this hotel was the closest to where I was working within 2km. It was 5.1km . You really need a car here as there is little transit. It is on a highway. I would more accurately call this a 2 star hotel. For some reason house cleaning came in my room and gave me new towels and shampoo but didnt make the bed or clean anything-weird. Not a good place for a nice impression of Regina.

They've done some renovations, and it shows. The room was really nice. Also the staff at the restaurant are always very nice.

Our stay at this property wasn’t great. Check-in took a really long time and the hotel seemed understaffed. It was really confusing to get to our room, they couldn’t accommodate getting two rooms near each other, which was troublesome since I was traveling with my elderly mother. We killed a small cockroach in our room when we finally found the room, the bathtub drain was very slow. We also didn’t realize the property was in a sketchy area, and right by a train track, which kept my mother up at night. For $250 a night it also felt overpriced. The pool area seemed fun, and probably would be great for kids. We received a free breakfast at the restaurant, and the menu was good and the food was decent as well. The bed was pretty comfortable. But I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

Great location. Lovely Staff. The renovated rooms are lovely. They could do a better job of cleaning. Crumbs on the floor of the room under the couch. The air unit in the room has several other inches of dust underneath it and somone’s hair band was hanging on the bathroom door. But otherwise would stay there again.

Not the nicest area of town, but the hotel was clean and quiet and my vehicle didn’t get broken into. It was a win in my books.
