The hallways were filthy!

I tried three times to summit a report to you .you must be blocking my comments.

I noticed garbage behind the bed but the room was clean. Staff was very helpful when I checked in. When I got to my room and opened the door there was a strong odor of pot that came into the hallway. I phoned front, was offered a room but opted to stay. The smell did go away by morning but around 830 the next night the smell returned. Since I share a bathroom vent, I could tell it was the guest next to me. I phoned the front desk, a wirker smelt it as soon as the door opened. I did change rooms that night. I found hair on my pillows. It almost made me throw up my lunch.

Bathroom deplorable. Hair dryer doesn’t work. Drains plugged. Supplies not filled. Shower weak. No soap, shampoo. Old shower, counters, taps etc. just a tired looking facility

Staff was great, kids had a blast at the pool and wayerslide. The hotel could use some updating as it is very dated and worn down.

Cleanliness was not up to par. Dirty stained rugs all throughout the rooms and hallways. The third floor and room smelled like marijuana. Two lamp light bulbs were burnt out. And the constant humming from like a light or ice machine kept me up most of the night. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Friendly staff , clean room , good pool space

The room was in okay condition, but they were doing renovations, and you could tell it is an older hotel. It is in a decent location in comparison to other businesses, too.

Walking to the room, the hallway floors were filthy, pass by workers and no one greets you. Waterslides have been painted, outside and inside. Paint is chipping off. Nothing sanded down so your back is on the slide you feel everything and are scratched up. Room was alright. I’ve stayed at this hotel a lot, consistently has gotten worse. This will be our last stay unfortunately.

Everything in regards to the hotel itself was fantastic. The housekeepers were lovely, the female front desk staff were also lovely. I cannot say the same about the male staff member who checked us in, he wasn’t outrageously rude or anything, but definitely shouldn’t be the forefront of welcoming guests into a business. The surrounding area has a lot of sad scenes going on and unfortunately the sad scene does enter the building and participate in fentanyl in the stairwells and left their used condoms behind, but that is not relevant to the hotel itself. Once the front desk was notified of the situation they quickly had it cleaned up. The king size bed we have was probably the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in. The pool area was great as usual, although they definitely should get another sauna or steam room- I definitely recommend a travel to the seven Oaks!
