Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and very helpful Kitchen is clean and excellent breakfast. Boiled eggs addition could be thought of as that option not available. Beach is very close by and within walkable distance. Overall excellent place to satay

Booked 3 rooms from the 1st may - 4th may for family and friends. We’re all in our 40s with children. Absolutely disgusting place, carpet floors are noisy when you walk, it’s 2/10 in cleanliness, we found bees, spiders and centipede in the room and bathroom. Does not smell nice at all. Staff also DO NOT clean the rooms, nor do they change the towels while you stay in. The breakfast is slightly bellow standard but on first day they served expired bacon( it stunk and looked green/moldy) I would not stay here again in a million years even if it was free. Also the swimming pool hasn’t worked in a year, same as other amenities like eletric charger.

Very good value and helpful reception staff. Room was not very clean. It had been quickly done as hair still around and some sticky floor. Breakfast was included so a bonus.

The main issue was the shower control which was very difficult to use and very hard to turn to get the water properly on. Also felt that the £10 car parking charge should not apply to hotel guests

Rooms were clean, but a bit dated. Had parking, had to pay extra for parking, but otherwise staff were friendly, no concerns otherwise.

Hotel was amazing perfect for our needs annd the staff were so lovely. only thing I would add for parents with children booking this hotel or ladies hen party’s that it’s very apparent that 3 hotels very close to this one are housing asylum seekers. Large Groups of men stood outside the hotels drinking alcohol in the day made me a bit un easy to be honest and I wouldn’t feel safe walking alone or in a small group of women in the evening to get back to the hotel. There was also two police cars parked at the end of the road early evening that made me look into things to find out that locals have been protesting over the hotels being used for this and how they are worried people won’t visit the sea side resort . It’s definitely had a different feel than when I visited before not to say all asylum seekers are out to cause harm as most are here for good reason! However when men are stood in large groups drinking and smoking with no women or kids in sight English men or not u need to have your witts about you please don’t be walking home alone drunk or allow your friends to get in taxis back to hotels alone .

The room I stayed in for the majority of the time was very spacious, and had the standard amenities, such as complimentary coffee and teas. It was kept clean, but the overall feel of the hotel was that it was tired and could do with a refresh. I brought up an issue with the first room I was shown to, and eventually, the reception dealt with it in a professional and efficient manner. Breakfast was continental, with the addition of three types of ciabatta sandwiches (bacon, sausage, mozarella and pesto). Although less generous than the standard hot breakfast offered in most hotels, it was ok. Although the listing said a restaurant was available, this was not the case, as only breakfast was offered. Thankfully, the location was good, with places to eat nearby, close to the east cliff, and a 10-minute walk to the centre of Bournemouth. Parking is charged.

Room ok looks a bit tired but biggest issue was access to shower/ bath, the bath side was way to high and there was not enough room to swing into it from side, i am not that restricted in movement. If i got in it would have been dangerous getting out.

The staff on arrival were very polite and helpful. Offering information to enhance our experience. We were also upgraded to a chalet at no extra cost, which was a real bonus. Would definitely recommend.

No frills place which allows a family of three in a decent clean accomodation with a microwave kitchenette. We stayed in a chalet style room called the works but they do have other just room only options. Parking is plenty and no hassle in that. Don't expect room service and very very high standards as it is a no frills experience. They do cater to housekeeping if asked for and will change towels if you request but don't expect it to be an automatic event. We were pretty happy with the whole experience as most of the time we were outside sightseeing and just needed a place to crash. Beds were just firm and comfy for a good night sleep. Will visit again if I come across this place. The staff at the reception were very helpful.

The staff were nice and welcoming. Bharat is a good asset to this hotel. Breakfast was average. Same limited menu. Room is spacious but carpets need proper cleaning. The location is very good amd the hotel in itself is really nice.

Amazing stay – highly recommend! We had a fantastic stay at ibis Styles Bournemouth. The room was much more spacious than we expected, very clean and extremely comfortable. One of the highlights was the kitchen area – it was far better equipped than I could have imagined, which made our stay even easier and more enjoyable. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, always happy to help. Parking was also very easy and stress-free, which is a big plus. The location is excellent – close to everything, and especially just a short walk from the beach. We were lucky to have beautiful sunny weather, so we enjoyed a lovely day by the sea. It is also less than 40 minutes from Paultons Park (Peppa Pig World), which was perfect for us. We were able to enjoy the park and still make the most of Bournemouth. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, even without a special deal, as it is absolutely worth the price. The only small disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed, and my daughter was a bit sad about that. However, the great weather and beach day more than made up for it.

This hotel was what it says on the tin,a basic, cheap place to lay your head. It wasnt the cleanest,it wasnt the nicest. With a broken bathroom door, air con that didnt work, and peeling wallpaper. But,it had a comfortable bed,a working tv and a kettle which made for a perfect base for our short trip away. I would come again at the price i paid,if it goes up....no I wouldnt return.
