You get what you pay for i guess.

I accidentally booked the wrong date as a non-refundable booking. The hotel kindly amended the booking to accommodate our children as we had no childcare this weekend. The kids had a great time! Breakfast was continental but had some hot sandwich options. Good supply of alternative milks! Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Good: The location is the only real win here—the proximity to the beach is amazing and makes for a great base if you only care about the sea. The building itself has "grand bones," but the potential is wasted. The Room & Heating: We had a major issue with the heating on our first night. Even after contacting staff in person and via their dedicated WhatsApp group, it wasn't resolved promptly. It’s frustrating that the heating/AC has to be manually activated by the hotel; it’s an unnecessary hurdle for guests. The Breakfast: The breakfast offering was shocking and incredibly stingy. Similar to what other guests have noted, it was very basic: one ciabatta cut in half with only half a sausage inside. It’s one of the poorest hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced. Decor & Vibe: The interior is a bizarre mash-up of styles that doesn’t work. The grand architecture is buried under pastels and neon lighting that feels cheap and doesn't do the building justice. It’s a confusing aesthetic that feels more like a budget diner than a stylish hotel. Verdict: Amazing location, but let down by poor service, "minimalist" food, and a decor choice that misses the mark.

We did not use the bar. Breakfast was ok a reasonable selection of food. No option to eat therein the evening - we thought the web site said there was.

Room OK, shower/bath water pressure was poor, hot water only warm at hottest power. clean room. Breakfast was poor pretty gross.

Absolute Jem stone of a place. Spacious, clean staff couldn’t do more for you if they tried. Amazing continental breakfast even pancakes and ciabatta bread with hot fillings. Perfect ice-cream all amenities in room you could need and more!

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

The room felt a bit dated. Some TV channels not working. Couldnt adjust temperature during majority of the day, was like looked out until later in day. General noise of the place was not very relaxing.

Can’t describe how perfect the hotel was , I arrived on Friday night. The night receptionist was really welcoming / polite /nice he wish me happy birthday , we arrived into the room we was shocked how perfect our room was , thank you for decorating the room was amazing birthday , all staff are friendly, very clean hotel, relaxing, amazing location , I would stay again 100/10 service , I can’t describe how perfect the weekend was and how they made us feel…. Can’t thank you all for giving me amazing weekend … thank you again

Everything was ok.

Overall the staff were polite. The room didn't seem that clean tbh with hair in the bath tub and stains all over the carpet, the paint was flaking away and dents on the walls. However the beds were really comfy. Shower took time to warm up, just in general didn't seem like that much care taken for the upkeep, downstairs was lovely. Unfortunately not really enough selection for breakfast even for a continental breakfast. Probably wouldn't be a first choice for us now but it could have been a lot worse, was okay considering we weren't spending much time at the hotel due to a busy schedule.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly. Check in was easy. It’s the ideal place to stick your head for an evening!

Got put in a disabled room that was just annoying with mirror/sink height. Breakfast was not worth eating.
