Absolutely loved every moment spent at Villa Sassa. The food options were phenomenal. The staff was friendly, responsive and organized. Everything was clean and the amenities were lovely. Our accommodations were perfect and the views were breath-taking. We will be back.

Our room was spectacular along with the view of the mountains and the lake. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the lunch. The ONLY thing that needs attention is the dirty carpeting in the hallways and the area around the spa. It was filthy-need shampooing

Friendly staff, beautiful location, lovely property. Restaurants were amazing. It was a much further (and arduous !) walk to city center than I expected, the spa treatments were mediocre and we had some kind of allergen issue in our room which we were somewhat compensated for

We LOVED our stay here. Our room included wellness and breakfast. The Wellness area offered an indoor pool and hot tub as well as mixed gender steam room. The sauna, relaxation area, cold plunge and change rooms are gender specific. We celebrated our engagement here and they upgraded us to a beautiful premium suite with a balcony. The breakfast was delicious with many different pastries, fruit, yogurt, meats, and cheeses. The property grounds were gorgeous - I recommend walking around to check out the view. We wished we’d booked another night!

Best views of Lugano while having beakfast. Very highly maintained and run business. Staff always helpful.

Had a wonderful time at Villa Sassa. Friendly staff, very attentive, spacious room, wonderful wellness spa with pool, sauna, steam room. Delicious breakfast. Gorgeous view of the city and the lake. Want to come back during the summer time.

I love Villa Sassa! We extended our stay and we would stay here again. Love their Pilates schedule. Their breakfast is beyond…servers are amazing!! Pilates instructors and Zumba coaches are incredibly amazing. We love Ele, Sandra, Laura and everyone there!!!

Amazing!! This is our 2nd stay and will come back again! Villa Sassa is a gem. The property has everything you can ask for. Their service is beyond. Breakfast is unique. Their servers are incredible amazing. We did Pilates and the coaches/instructors were professionals and knowledgeable with the classes. Ele, Sandra and the Zumba Colombian instructor were lovely. Laura the receptionist at the gym/spa was super nice booking our classes. They even provide a voucher to use public transportation for free!!! This is gorgeous!!! I love Villa Sassa and the stars are amazing!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here. Our kids enjoyed themselves as well. Thank you for a wonderful, and pleasant stay! Arrivederci.

The hotel is excellent, however be aware, arrival to the grounds can be confusing for parking, along with getting out of the parking lot with your ticket. I had an issue with my parking pass not working. Other than that this hotel is beautiful and the scenery is fantastic.

Beautiful location! Our room was huge to a kitchen and private balcony with a gorgeous view . Make sure you have 2 people listed on original reservation or you will be charged around 70.00 .service staff was excellent and we loved the Bistro and breakfast selection!

Super breakfirst and first class dining menu with a keen interest in healthy diets. Great local wine lisst. The pool is big and the area is nice to take a day to stay by.

Great property with a terrific view. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Large balcony. Beautiful bathroom. Train station was a short walk, but shuttle is provided. Abundant and fresh breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool and grounds. Highly recommended.

Nice property & room! We had an issue at check out and the way it was handle by the front desk manager, ruined the stay who was actually good before that.

A lovely stop over stay, had an amazing top floor room with beautiful views and plenty of space for my family, ropes and slippers in the right sizes for my children which was a nice touch! Great breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff
