Great hotel. Very clean but quite basic. No Iron in rooms which is usually provided in most places.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. 2 min from public transoprt station (directly to airport), a lot of places reached by walking.

This hotel was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was extremely helpful. Self-parking was convenient and we didn’t really need to drive anywhere because we were in the heart of the historic district. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as shopping. The train station is just across the street, too.

Check-in and concierge were both knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Hotel was in a picturesque area and breakfast was superb

Excellent location for sightseeing in Berlin city center and for transportation around the city.

Had an excellent stay for our 2 night trip to Berlin. Would recommend Melia Berlin Hotel. Great location, next to train station which links to the airport. Room had everything you needed and comfy bed. Staff were very welcoming. Would def stay again

I booked the Family Junior suite which orbitz described as have a king bed AND two twin beds. When I checked in I was told I only had a king bed, apparently because there were only two adults on the reservation. They did offer to bring up a cot. Ok then, so much for booking two beds. The room was dated, but it was very large. Air conditioning almost non existent and controls didn’t really help. Access to lounge was nice and location next to train station was good.

Great hotel in a very convenient location for tourists. The breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant was well.

This hotel is very close to transit and walking distance to most of the main attractions. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of options. My only criticism is that the hotel needs an update. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and in the hotel room it was a plastic like indoor/outdoor carpet laid over concert and it was stained. We did ask for slippers and they were provided.

Great Hotel with super Service at The Level. Very nice room with great view

Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay especially as we were in a Level room (club room). This meant we had access to The Level lounge with great views over the river. The breakfast in the lounge was extensive and really delicious including cooked and continental. Snacks during the day included bottomless teas and coffees, soft drinks. Between 3-6pm there were little cakes and biscuits. From 6pm-9pm, the bar opened with bottomless wines, beers, spirits etc as well as savoury tapas selections. Highly recommended.

Great hotel with really nice staff. The WiFi is shocking. For a good hotel in a major 2025 they need to sort that out.

I understand the temperature is varying a lot, but it was very hot inside of the rooms.

Lovely hotel - we had a room overlooking the garden area so the room was lovely and quiet. Great location and easy to walk to all the local sightseeing highlights. Air conditioning amazing in the room and a very spacious bathroom. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
