Great hotel in excellent location

The hotel has a great location , very near the old town and only a short walk to the beachfront. Our problem was the noise at night. The details of the room on your site state that the bedrooms are sound proofed, well they are not . We had a room on the 5th floor at the front of the hotel. There is noise all night long, from the traffic, from unloading overnight into the central market and rubbish collection Lorry’s , I don’t dispute the windows are double glazed but they are not sound proof. The term “ bar” and “ lounge” are also a stretch. On our first night we came back to the hotel at 21.00 and was told the bar was closed and on the second night we had a glass of wine in the hotel at 19.30 and by 20.00 the person serving drinks had gone and the lights were out, as I say great location but if you stay here do not have a room overlooking the front

A comfortable bed and room ,cleaning staff happy & friendly well cleaned room. Reception staff very efficient & friendly. Overall it was a good break.

Nice enough room and bathroom. It’s very well placed for centre of Alicante for shops , restaurants and bars . It’s also close to the beach and perfect for the airport bus stop . Friendly reception staff . A decent 3 star hotel .

Not a 4 star hotel. More a 3 star. No hot water for 2 days. Very dated hotel, needs to be refurbished. Shower is a bathtub. Breakfast is good if you like only bread. Extremely disappointed for the price I paid. Avoid

if u dont have a car is very good in heart of the city , but if u prefer quiet area is not urs

Clean, comfortable room.

More a 3 starts. Had a vintage shop in first floor so many strange people in the lobby. Card didn’t work for the room 4 times. Elevators are not synced. Need mantainance. Would stay somewhere else

A bit basic for me, no tea and coffee facilities in room. Not the end of the world as I only stayed one night.

Inget vatten på rummet, har bott på många hotell billiga som dyra och i 90% har där stått en flaska gratis vatten vid ankomst. Ett trött hotell som behöver moderniseras 2 hissar till 9 våningar Två kaffemaskiner till frukosten varav en i sönder.

The rooms seem dark and flat pack furniture seems to be failing at the joints , it was a dreary worn out room with service cut back so much the place lacked atmosphere. I would not stay there again
