Beautiful hotel - perfect location - will be back again!

Good location . Close to major attractions

The property is under construction and the rooms are dark however the restaurant and service staff makes up for it. Very convenient to all Montreal has to offer.

The food is amazing and service as always

Nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast and free drink vouchers for happy hour were great surprises

Stay was in general good. They gave us two drink coupons when we arrived which was nice! Someone was stuck in the elevator when we got there so they were down to only one so there was quite a lineup. Their breakfast Hall was also very small so there was a lineup to get a table.

Older but big and tidy - just very dry (mid winter) so hard to sleep comfortably.

Close to work location, construction is somewhat slow

We were in town for a few days and had a great stay. Friendly service, the servers in the bar were excellent!

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel a tad outdated. No hot water pressure. Undergoing a bit of construction.

Nothing great. A little worn. Some update and replacement furniture is very much needed. It was extremely drafty and cold throughout the property and in the rooms.

The rooms were not as clean as I had hoped....floors were dirty, stains on the cabinets, found an item from a previous guest in our room, that was visible which shows lack of attention to detail when cleaning. Parking was not properly described and paid over $130 to park for three nights. Cleaning staff when room was refreshed were pleasant in the hallways but overlooked towels and facecloths on the second day of our stay.

Was under construction at the time, however the room was very nice and staff at the restaurant were great! Would stay here again!

Lovely hotel, and great breakfast!

Overall it was a pretty good stay (comfortable bed, helpful staff, nice perks of free breakfast and welcome drinks), but the elevators were extremely slow (I’m talking, no exaggeration, over 15 minutes to wait) and they charged me $40 for parking without telling me it would cost extra . Just would have been nice to know.

Construction happening right outside the room, very noisy
