Very noisy. Always people coming from pool at 10pm, yelling, hanging out in hallways. If wanting a peaceful stay, this is not the place. Especially don't take rooms beside the pool.

Room was very nice and having a pool, hot tub and polar plunge in the building was a very amazing addition.

boston pizza great staff great but room 207 the beds were the worst things ever i rent alot of hotel rooms first time in my life ive seen beds this hard i could of slept better on the pavement outside the sheets were just layin on the bed the door for outside was screwed shut the batteries were missing in the remote for tv me an my 2 kids were not enjoying this stay at the hotel sadly

The room was not very clean. I thought that breakfast was included, it was not... the pool smelled bad and very too many people in it. We couldn't go because of the population. The staff was courteous and they obliged us when we asked for a cancellation. We finished our vacations in another hotel

I like that fact that we were only 20 minute drive with traffic to Montmorency Falls, 15 minutes to Old Quebec. There is pyramid mall roughly 5 minute walk from the hotel, that had couple restaurants, Starbucks, Dollarama, a pharmacy, its small but convenient. The hotel has litte shop where you can buy swimsuits, hand made necklaces, Bracelets and rings, also bath bombs and soap. The lady is very nice. Bonus there is entrance from the pool area to get into Boston Pizza. The hotel was clean staff was friendly and spoke English We'll be returning again!

Good but my fridge make water at the room

The toilet was blocked from the 1st day, the shower didn’t work properly we round a sock underneath the end we had only 3 towels for a 4 persons Room

Parking is small, tough to get a spot some evenings. The room was old, the hallway smelled bad!! When we arrived we had 1 towel for 4 people!! Not enough toilet paper or coffee… the beds were hard and bedding were very cheap!!! The pool was great for the kids! Boston Pizza attached was great, location was great. The hotel staff were amazing!

The room was quiet and clean and the beds were comfortable, I slept really well. The bathroom has no fan, alas, so when others in your party use the toilet it stinks up the whole room. The spa was very nice but overrun by kids, I do not recommend it for couples seeking a romantic time. The location near the university is really convenient, not far from the bridge if you are just staying the night on your way east, as we were. Close enough to the old town, only 20 minutes by car and well served by public transit. The hotel has a Boston Pizza restaurant attached to it and there is a pleasant cafe just next door. No microwave or kettle but there is a mini fridge. I would stay here again.

Kids loved the pool, and really enjoyed that Boston Pizza was directly attached. Bathroom was very small, and noise travelled very easily from the halls.

Généralement propre, mais il n’y avait pas de shampooing et le gel douche était vide. Ce n’est pas si grave, mais c’est désagréable quand on en a besoin! Bel hôtel avec un coin piscine plaisant.
