My partner and I stayed here in July and it was a good experience. Then only issues where that the hot water in the shower has a chance of running out only if lots of people have taken a shower first that morning. The other issue would be the “soundproof” rooms where not very sound proof at all.

As a solo female traveller I felt safe in the area and throughout my stay at the hotel, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a mini fridge that was stocked with various beverages. It was conveniently located which made it easy to walk to all the famous sites, and the closest Lidl was only 10 minutes away. Even though my room overlooked a boisterous street, the soundproofing was excellent and I had restful nights. Fantastic experience all around! :D

This property is located downtown next to so many lovely restaurants and tourist locations. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff let us store our stuff before we could check in as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. Room was also very clean! We would highly recommend travellers to book here!

The property was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked well. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for the 5 of us. The breakfast was good and was ran very well by the staff in the kitchen area. Elevators worked well. The front desk staff was not helpful or friendly. They seemed busy and bothered when asked questions, did not offer any information or help.

We had a great stay at Hotel Glóries in Barcelona. Our room was comfortable with air conditioning and had a very nice bathroom. Amenities included a safe, refrigerator with drinks, and a wardrobe to hang clothes. The 24 hour reception was great, as we had a delayed flight and couldn’t check in until 3 a.m.

Room was a little small but perfect for a solo or 2 adults. The room is just for sleep so it doesn't matter.

The front desk staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Our room was on the lower floor and did not have the best natural light come through the windows and that made our adjusting to this time zone a bit harder.

Nice and clean. We got the slightly larger room with street view and appreciated the space compared to some European rooms. Great location.

Very accessible and friendly staff.

During our whole week stay there was no air conditioning as it was not working. We got no updates on when it was going to be fixed and was supposed to be fixed a few days into our stay. The only compensation they gave was minibar service which was basically just a few free sodas a day, which was kind of a joke. Our room was an absolute sauna despite having two fans. Additionally, our toilet stopped working and they just gave us keys to another room after repeatedly asking for help. Although there was still no AC this other room was totally cooler, which made us feel even worse. Overall, they did not do much to take responsibility and keep us updated on the situation and the no AC was terrible.
