At our checking in the staff were lovely and helpful also gave us a map & direction to catch public transport if needed, our room was great they also gave us an upgrade.

The room was small but clean. Comfy bed and a good free breakfast. Great city to walk, favorite on the Spanish coast

Really enjoyed our stay at the sercotel carlos 111 hotel. Hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very helpful on reception. Room was rather large with plenty of storage space for clothes and spotlessly clean. Big bathroom with a great shower.

The hotel is nice in generally, except it can be little warm in the room during a warm spring and require the windows to be opened. Breakfast area can be crowded when large groups are staying at the hotel.

Excellent hotel and super quiet. Tv stopped working but staff fixed it right away. Shower drained slowly but everything thing else was good. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and with lots of variety. Recommended hotel.

This was in a nice location for both a tourist and business traveler. It felt like a high value. There is an excellent restaurant on the same block in the main boulevard plus many coffee and croissant cafes. The hotel staff was friendly. Public spaces felt a bit sparse and dated, but the rooms had a recent update and were probably more photogenic than comfortable, but still nice. There was a thoughtful amount of storage for clothing and other items in our dual twin bed room. The street that this hotel is on is a bit dark but not dangerous. Getting a cab was simple in front of their connected sister hotel on the opposite street.

I found the hotel pretty good in all respects. Reception staff were excellent. However, it was difficult to find, and had no parking at all One minor thing, I thought the lifts were too small, and the doors took ages to close

Very nice hotel, good sized room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. A bit further away from the centre than I expected about a 10 minute walk. Breakfast is very good.

Location perfect for exploring the city . Our room was a lovely size and the breakfast fabulous

Comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast close to rail and bus station and walking distance to the port and centre. Lots of dining options around the area.

Wonderful hotel, receptionists so friendly and helpful

Rooms with very modest furnishings. Location doesn't offer any city view. Personnel very attentive. Excellent breakfast.
