The hotel was a bit conference focused and impersonal. If I had it to do over again I would have saved a few bucks and stayed at the Valamar family-friendly hotel. That being said, I have nothing bad to say about the stay. Stay were lovely, dinner buffet was worth the cost, and the nearby beaches were stunning. Maro world was a nice bonus. Not many kids there when we stayed so my son got a bit bored but it was free and the staff was lovely

We had a beautiful Seaview room, well worth paying extra for this. The pool was big and clean, plenty of space and the children's maro world was really great. The breakfast was really good, so much choice and lovely tables outside to enjoy the gardens and sunshine. We also used the pool of neighbouring hotel which was great. Uber to Dubrovnik old town was 10 minutes and cost around €7. A lovely hotel!

The rooms were spacious with beautiful views from the balconies. TV services were ample, out doors facilities were superb including the swimming pool. Variety of food were good but the taste doesn't match the rest 9f the hotel. The treadmills were not all working properly. Restaurants and laundry services were expensive .

The big problem with this hotel is that is to far from old Dubvronik ... one cannot say, let's go for a walk or dinner in old town.

We recently stayed here as a large family group of 12 (ranging in age from 9 to 72) and had an absolutely excellent experience. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was well-maintained and came with great toiletries, excellent coffee.The public areas are beautifully kept with plenty of different spots to sit and relax. A massive plus: there are loads of sunbeds, so finding one was never an issue, no matter the time of day. The food throughout our stay was great. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered an amazing variety of well-presented choices. We also had lunch by the pool a couple of times; while it is quite pricey, the food was tasty and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to the management team: because of our large group size, they ensured we had a table reserved in a lovely spot every night. They also went above and beyond to make a fuss over my mother-in-law for her birthday, even bringing out a cake with a candle! The Number 6 bus stops right outside the hotel, making it incredibly easy t making it incredibly easy to get to the Old Town for just €2 each way.Also took a boat trip that departed from a port just 10 minutes away.The only minor downside is that complimentary drinking water isn't readily available,buying bottled water at the hotel can get expensive (drinks in general are on the pricier side). However, the tap water is completely safe and fine to drink.The free spa area (sauna, steam room, and relaxation zones)was huge bonus. Highly recommend!

Liked everything about the hotel, altough drinks service was a little slow. Getting to the hotel was difficult because Dubrovnik Transfers , the taxi company we had pre- booked to take us there, didnt turn up. They said it was because we took too long in the queue for passport control. They offered to come and pick us up when i rang them, but would charge us again. So I had to call an uber instead . Avoid Dubrovnik Transfers!!!

excellent location, staff, menu and natural beauty. Perfect for everything; congress, simmer vacation, business trip, families etc etc

The hotel was not a good choice for us. It was far from the old city and very crowded, lots of buses with what looked like people attending some conference. Staff at reception desk not helpful, loud crowds everywhere, dated room. The breakfast was good with good options and some helpful staff.

Fantastic property with lots of amenities and easy bus link to the old town and restaurants in Lapad. Pool and spa were fantastic and the buffet breakfast amazing. Maro World (when open in season) was great for the kids as well. Only slight blemish was the smell of cigarette smoke that permeated through the hotel room corridors which was really quite unpleasant, but I’m not sure what could be done about that.

Breakfast was the best part of this place. I’ve never felt so bamboozled in my life. The website had all these things for kids to do, theatre, play place, trampoline park, etc, then we get there and nothing is at the hotel. You have to walk ten minutes to get to the kids stuff, but then it’s all shut down during the offseason. We were there end of March and nothing was open outside. No outdoor pool, no swim up bar, nothing. Really not family friendly in the offseason that’s for sure. The indoor pool was really cold too. And there’s not hot tub. The room was super outdated too. Not what the pictures depicted on the website. Our “king bed” was two twins pushed together. Not king sheets either. It was really unfortunate as I wouldn’t have booked there if I knew how little it had to offer.

We stayed here for several days and the proximity to the bus for travel into Old Town Dubrovnik was very easy. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our 5th floor balcony. Restaurant called Piramida was just a short walk down the hill and was so delicious we ate there 4 times. Breakfast was beyond outstanding from made to order omelettes, fresh breads, fruits and delicious meats. So much variety! Lots for families from what we could see. Just an excellent experience all the way!

Nicely situated hotel outside of Old Town Dubrovnik. Many amenities. Only thing is if you have to go to bed before 10pm, request a room that isn’t over the main reception/and bar area since music is played and the bar closes at 11pm. Hotel has incredible breakfast options included.

Great location and a quick walk to the beach

Great resort. Loved our stay. Loved the sister properties next to the resort as well.
