It was a nice hotel however there were a few hiccups throughout our stay, the lifts were very slow, my sister had joined us on the Saturday and paid £14 for parking in the hotel, we had the drive to a restaurant and only gone for a hour, when we arrived back to the hotel there were no parking spaces left, the male porter said there was nothing they could do? Paid £14 to park for an hour? It turned out cheaper just to park in the car park across the street. Our party was gluten free and we were assured that they done a gluten free breakfast, which I know most places don't offer, but a hotel should either offer all of it or nothing at all as we had waited 40 mins for watery scrambled egg and a few bits of bacon and then another 10 mins on top of that for 2 bits of toast which is absolutely ridiculous and for it to cost £20 was completely unreasonable!!! I would book the hotel again but please review the gluten free options.
