Nice hotel right downtown. Only issue was the shower which took forever to heat up and the pressure was non existant (3rd floor).

Noisy floors and the floors were very dirty the showers dont work properly. Shampoo and shower gel not replenished. Pictures online are completely different than what you get. I would never here ever again

Only one chair in the room, yellow sheets. Was there 10 years ago and breakfast was phenomenal and this time it was subpar. Room was not as well kept up as I expected for the price

The security deposit requested was 200 CAD vs only 50 CAD on a prior stay, reception couldn’t explain why. Light out in bathroom, sink in bathroom had multiple cracks. Front desk was very friendly

Where do I start … I was on the 2nd floor, near the front of the building and the front door vibrated tremendously anytime it was opened or closed. I could hear it every time, and it was loud. The Bathroom … Was freezing and the floor was frigid. I had to put towels down just to walk. The toilet paper holder was missing with the holes in the wall. The shower door knob was loose. The shower looked amazing with 2 shower heads but one of them could not be used, as the temperature could not be adjusted, and it was too hot. After the first night, I got new towels but they didn’t make the bed. I wasn’t expecting for my sheets to be changed, but at least make the bed.

We had a great stay here. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom!! Great location too! We would definitely stay again.

The noise from the restaurant was enough to keep us up until 2am. Do NOT stay here!

No parking and neighbours parking supper expensive, not recommended for guest with car

The room was nice , a couple of issues. , I noted to front desk staff next day after our arrival , that there was a sock (not ours) underneath the wardrobe. It was never removed.! I also asked that the shower gel be refilled , as it had been emptied.(just enough in it for my shower.) again it was not refilled! Coffee pods were not replaced..
