BF is not good enough, many things need to be renovated.

We've stayed here several times and it's been a great experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathrooms are also spacious, perfect for families. The breakfast atmosphere is very impressive. The outdoor area is shady and the sound of the pool is perfect! The food is also varied and delicious.

It's always my wife and kids' go-to place for escape plans in Surabaya. The rooms are spacious, the Indonesian food at the restaurant is good, and the location is strategically located in the heart of Surabaya, quiet and comfortable. The staff are friendly, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, and I'd return to this hotel if I want to staycation with the kids in Surabaya again.

An old hotel, ok with maintenance and staff are friendly but breakfast need attention. Location is great. Overall value for money during normal season. But when the price os adjusted during high season, then it become overpriced.

The hospitality is top-notch, from the concierge to the restaurant. The restaurant area is kid-friendly, and the food is delicious. Access to the city center? If you love shopping, you'll love the location.
