Very friendly and helpful, with checking in earlier to local currency.

I loved staying at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is great as well. The street is a bit loud because of bars, but I couldn't hear the noise with the window closed. I would stay here again.

Amazing staff and rooms. Easily walkable and safe area. Regardless of what you're told by the staff, please park at the city hall garage. It's less than 30 a night, parking on the street is confusing and a nightmare.

Location, location, location!

Mel was great! Had a fantastic stay and it was easy to walk to anywhere I wanted to go, including pickups for my Golden Circle Tour and Northern Lights tour.

We very much enjoyed our stay at City Center Hotel. The vibe and decor was so modern and unique, the location was perfect, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and staff was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again!

Great location and service. Staff is very easy going. Can get a little loud as it’s next to the bars at night, but that’s just the city experience and they provide earplugs!

I like how the rooms are large, compared to standard Nordic hotels we have stayed at. It might be a little confusing to find. But Iceland people are very helpful. Use their actual address in finding it, not what Google maps default to (makes you go thru the back door). Closest Bus Stop is Bus Stop 1. Once you got your bearings, it is in a very convenient locations, close to everywhere you want to be in Reykjavik.
