I asked many times to clean the room but never been cleaned up.

This apartment is really convenient as it is located right in the downtown area with the train station right in front and free of charge which will help a lot in exploring the city and CBD. The room is cozy, fully equipped with kitchen, spoons, plates, pots, hot water bottle, iron... and this is really great when traveling. However, the big minus point here is that the elevator is too slow when the housekeeping staff and the guests use the same elevator (there are 2 elevators but 1 elevator was under maintenance and broken during my 4-day stay here). My room is on the 2nd floor but I had to wait for the elevator for 20 minutes to get to my room because the housekeeping staff was busy using it to transport things. In addition, the housekeeping staff did not come to clean my room for 2 days and they did not change my towels for these 2 days. Although there were 3 receptionists, they solved customer problems too slowly (only 1 receptionist handled check-in/out for guests, the other 2 were busy with other work, even though behind me was still waiting in line to check in with 3 large suitcases and behind me was a family of about 5 adults and 2 children). The day I arrived to check in, I had to stand in line for more than 30 minutes for my turn, even though there were only 2 guests before me. Except for these 2 bad points, everything else was ok and fine here. Oh, and in addition, the female staff who checked me in was very nice and cute when she provided me with some notes and places to play and visit near the accommodation (I don't remember her name clearly, I only remember that she was Asian, tall and quite cute).

The location is superb, however the room is rather small. Fortunately it is well ventilated with big windows.

Good value for money. This is a good place to stay in Melbourne CBD amid the living cost crisis. Can't find a better option at this price range.

If you are looking for accommodation in the city center with affordable prices and minimal facilities, this place is the right place.

This hotel is very strategic, easy transportation, close to everywhere.

Room cleaning was not clean, in fact the carpet which was quite clean became dirty like there were remnants of tissue. The AC / Heater is dirty, time to wash it. Apart from that it's okay, good location. Because it is close to the tram station.

We'll run hotel. Nice & clean. We paid extra for the convenience of overnight parking. Great location. Would recommend.

Have a construction work next door woke me up 7am. the whole stay. By night my next door a group of Indian girls in and out the room more than 5 times and shouting talking very loud noise between 10-11pm. The last day l face them told them you are not stay by yourself l stay here too so please down your voice.

Located in a strategic area. In front there is exactly train st, there is a kitchen + cooking utensils 👍

Excellent room with affordable price, clean and fully equipped with mini kitchen. Location in front of tram station near CBD.

While location was good, clear instructions not given on entry to car park. A resident had to tell us how to get in. Parking fee was A$25. Asked front office staff if other parking available outside but he was not helpful. Later we found street parking was available for free after 6pm. Apartment was small for 4. A single bed was placed in the lounge right next to the kitchenette. A refundable deposit of $100 required on check-in. No one picks up the phone when you call.

Good location, easy for transportation.

Good location but reception not kindness

We stayed here for six continuous weeks, and found our stay really comfortable. The room was cleaned daily, towels changed, so everything was always clean. Perfect location just two blocks away from Melbourne Central, near to various supermarkets for easy grocery shopping. Staffs are always helpful. We had a great stay!

Fantastic location, friendly staff, great service.

My stay was awesome. Clean room. The hotel is near the cbd. But the highlight of the stay is the staff. They are so nice, they let us check in early and they are very helpful. For the money that we spent, it surely worth it.

Tram station is right in front of the hotel. Not far from free tram zone. Kitchen utensils are complete, including microwave, knife, plate, etc.

Super worth the price and facilities. There is already a kitchen set (along with a microwave and toaster, and cooking utensils and meals). All floors covered by thick and clean carpets. The bathroom is clean too. Super recommended! Plus: there are 2 stops near the apartment, you can enter the room before the check-in time (at that time I entered at 9 am), and next to the apartment there is a nice bubble tea!
