If you're lucky, you can get to the hotel by golf cart. The road is uphill, as is the case in Mecca, with many mountains. The bathrooms are a bit dated. But overall, it's nice and affordable for a hotel close to the Kaaba.

Comfortable place to stay, room smells really good

The hotel is walkable from the Haram, but the road is very steep and often closed, preventing cars from entering. Imagine the hassle of bringing luggage... Worse yet, the hotel doesn't have buggy car facilities. So, if you're elderly, avoid it; the climb isn't recommended. If you do, look for one with buggy car facilities.

Very close to the Grand Mosque, but the road is quite steep. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the service and housekeeping are excellent. The receptionist was also very kind. The sounds from the mosque can be heard right through to the room, making it feel like a live prayer service was taking place when the windows were open, and it was comfortable. A mini shuttle bus should be prepared to accommodate the congregation because the place is uphill.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I could put luggage before checking in, and performing umrah while waiting.

Alhamdulillah, I booked 1 room with 5 beds but was given 2 rooms with 7 beds 🥰 Masya Allah.. The staff is friendly.. Unfortunately, the buggy car staff is not always on standby waiting downstairs, picking us up and taking us from Haram to the hotel.. The signal is a bit slow but it's okay because I'm very grateful to get a room with improved facilities than the one I ordered.. So far SO GOOD guys

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. the location to masjidil haram and the king abdulaziz gate are in a walking distance that you can walk or buggy. The food i gave it 3 because i did not tried it due to eating outside.

There is a fleet that picks up and drops off at the uphill points from and to the Grand Mosque.

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable.

The front desk staff may need to improve their service especially during peak hour (check-in and check-out time). The house keeper very helpful. This was my second time stayed here, given the location and the price, this hotel is good enough. The room feels a bit old yet still good enough, but you are at Makkah, dont stay in the room for too long.

The cleanliness is all good, but the location is quite steep, but the golf cart is always on standby. Overall, it's good. If you have a minimal budget, I recommend this hotel. Thank you Elaf Ajyad. I stayed here for 7 days and the impression was really good.
