It’s nice atmosphere and great location. Easy to go shopping and get foods. Housekeepers are very professional and rooms is super clean.

Location was convenient for access to expressway and main roads. Department store and grocery within. Walking distance. Very friendly staff. Rooms little dated with odd configuration of bath. Room had great view of ocean.

Would recommend & stay again. We stayed 7 nights which was perfect. Because we stayed for 6 nights, the bfast was a reduced rate for us (¥1100 vs ¥2200). Free washing machines & dryer room on each floor (BYO detergent). Great pool, especially for toddlers. Our nearly two year old could stand up safely & play. Pool open 9am-7pm with a Life guard, lots of safe pool toys. Recommend a rental car to visit the island. Public bus is a 15min walk away. We had a 2 bedroom apartment on 5th floor, it had 2 bathrooms with showers & an additional separate toilet as well. Comfy beds, lots of towels, curtains kept room dark. No kitchen utensils when we arrived, but was available on request inc dish cloths, dish detergent, pots, pans, plates etc We requested our room be serviced 3 times (bins, sheets, towels) & it was always done to perfection. Staff were so friendly & helpful, always acknowledged even when your just walking past. Only down side was the ‘boy racer’ traffic noise at night from time to time. Revving engines. Mall across road with supermarket, massage, kids play area (L2), shopping, chemist & restaurants. Cafe next door at bottom of office block has half decent coffee. Nice beach 15min walk away. The price of our stay was worth it for the large space the apartment afforded us compared to hotel rooms.

This property is beautiful. The staff are super sweet and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I walk to water everyday. There are some shops and food places around the hotel. I would stay here again.

Close to shopping center with walking distance, property has the resort style design. It's a pity that the swimming pool has cold water; if it were a heated pool, it would be perfect for family trips with children.

The room felt very very clean. We enjoyed the space as a family of 4 with 8 luggages. Breakfast options are good enough. Downside is the poop is a bit on the smaller side. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

We were visiting family, who live in Naha, but I booked this place in Ginowan because I wanted a spacious room for myself and my adult children. We definitely got a spacious room!! It had 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 showers, and a bathtub with a view of the ocean. And a kitchen! Convenience wise it's really quite well located. There's a large shopping mall right next to it, with a couple of eating options, conbini, and department stores. There's a beach a 1/2 mile down the road. There are a few restaurants right behind it (can I recommend 炭ト飯 晩餐 right down the street? An izakaya, but FANCY). From Naha it's not super convenient, and with all our bags our relative had to rent a van😩! We got by with our basic Japanese pretty well. Breakfast buffet was pretty good actually. Biggest downside: not enough outlets for 4 connected people, no outlets near beds. But there's a department store next door to buy extension cords 😅 We love Okinawa so much, even being there on the hottest day in the world can't dampen our enthusiasm. We will be back soon! (if we don't stay at Moon Ocean Ginowan, it's only to be closer to our relatives! But maybe I'll just rent a van and take the leap to driving).
