The lift is not from the lobby, but from the 2nd floor. We have to go upstairs manually before taking the lift. Even the staff helped us by carrying all the baggage to the 2nd floor, but we feel so uncomfort 🥹. But overall the hotel is good. The staff is kind, the room is also clean, the breakfast is also good enough.

The place is very strategic, the staff are very friendly and very helpful.

Service everything is ok. The hotel is in the center so it is easy to go to the old town, Dong Xuan market. Getting a taxi is also convenient. 2-way street easy to go. The hotel is large and airy.

This hotel is very nice,close famous place & friendly staff. I come hotel 11:30 am and suggest check-in at 12pm instead 2pm. They accept my suggestion. It's a little happy for amazing time in Hanoi.
