My daughter and I stayed 4 nights in Room 4. We loved everything about our stay here! The property is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable and beautiful, the breakfast is amazing, and everyone was so nice, welcoming and helpful! We would surely stay here again. My only recommendation would be to either have a coffee pot in the rooms or have coffee available throughout the day.

Exquisite Property!! San Rafael is so peaceful and tranquil, yet in the center of all the action! Steps from the Arch and many many dining options! You cannot beat this location! We were coming from the Lake and in order to avoid roadblocks we ended up leaving at 3am and arriving at San Rafael just before 6am. The staff were so helpful in storing our luggage while we explored Antigua! The staff here is wonderful and really make you feel like family! Rooms are beautiful and very clean! The entire property is truly gorgeous! We communicated via What’s App- very easy and responsive. They have filtered water in the kitchen and we refilled our bottles several times a day, plus they include a few bottles of water as well. We will 100% come back next time we are in Antigua!

Gorgeous and quiet spot right in the middle of town!

The property itself is like an oasis within the city. The appointments, feed, service and style were wonderful. I will stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. There are only seven rooms. We stayed in suite #7 which had an open air (closeable) to a water feature. The bathroom was top notch with a shower that could work for a 7 foot man. The suite had a beautiful living room with adjoining sleeping area. There is plenty of outside light and chandeliers throughout the suit.

Fantastic place is every way. Well managed. Beautifully decorated. Great attention to detail. I enjoyed the morning included breakfast, the candles in the public areas in the evening and the real fireplace with wood in the room, lit by the staff in the evening. Amazing all around.

This is a beautiful hotel with the most beautiful courtyard and rooms. It is very well made. The only minus point is that there is no AC in the rooms. We were here one night (because of this reason) and were offered a fan which worked well for us. But having an AC would definitely have impacted our decision to stay longer. The breakfast setting is beautiful right outside the room surrounding the courtyard. It was an overall beautiful stay!

Outstanding shower, bed and restaurant

The only thing that was annoying was the group of guests that met up with their tour guide every morning and they were very loud. The tour guide was especially loud and it was disturbing to the peacefulness of the property. Other than that we had a very relaxing time

Cozy, beautiful and relaxing hotel. Nice interior gardens and spacious rooms. Highly convenient to walk around the Antigua area.

Location was great! Lots of shops and restaurants. Beautiful grounds and rooms! Friendly and helpful staff! Excellent breakfast included.

A quiet jewel in a very high traffic area!

A beautiful gem located in the heart of Antigua! The staff is incredibly friendly and helped me navigate Antigua, as it was my first time visiting. The hotel is just steps away from a number of landmarks, restaurants and stores. Be sure to take in the beauty of the courtyard while enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The fireplace in the room also provides another element of comfort and charm!

This hotel is STUNNING. The actual architecture and design of the hotel is beautiful, but what maintains its beauty are the employees. You can tell the employees care deeply about the hotel. All of the employees were beyond attentive to each guest and always greeted you with a smile. Very detail of this place was impressive. I personally loved that it was small enough to feel private with a more attentive detail with each and every guest. I will 100 percent be back! Thank you!

Wow. This hotel was excellent. Extremely quiet, quiet, and private. We stayed for 2 days but wish we would have stayed longer. Breakfast options were delicious. It is a small hotel but amazingly clean and comfortable, and will stay again when in Antigua
