súper bien ubicado, el centro histórico, Parque Alameda, Catedral, restaurantes, tiendas, todo muy cerca. El bufete-desayuno en el hotel, excelente!

When ever in Mexico City, I've Always stayed here due to the cleanliness, location. My experience this time No hot water and they had tried fixing with no success. The breakfast: they need more experience in making scramble eggs for a buffet set-up. Over all review for the hotel is good but not the quality of hot water and food.

Perfect walking distance from everything

The Hotel One Ciudad de Mexico Alameda is perfectly located, walking distance from the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Zocalo. My room was smaller than I expected but it was cleaned every day. Bathroom was also small but it was cleaned on a daily basis. Breakfast was included but it was very basic and after two days it became 'boring'. Staff was OK.

The room was always cleaned. And very nice people. The only thing for me was the room key. The room key was needed to move around the elevator. Sometimes the key didn’t work. The key overall was a hassle to deal with at times.

The staff was courteous and room very clean, but I tried to use the hair dryer (which btw I was very grateful for) but it was greasy and looked like it had never been cleaned. Breakfast was outstanding - the best

The bed spread was dirty. The TV was on one channel and only in Spanish with out any instructions Spanish or English on how to change the channel. I tried to change it with the remote even the volume didn't work. The remote only turned it on and off. The only good thing was that is had hot water. Thankfully.

Cleaning was the best part of it our rooms were always properly maintained, staff was welcoming and heplful in every situation.
