Very friendly and helpful staff. You can tell they are passionate and want to provide a good experience to the guests.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room

Our room had the wrong beds but the staff were very quick to rectify the situation. The room had a lovely view of the Thames. We had a lovely meal at the restaurant and drinks at the rooftop bar.

The family room was perfect for our family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. No complaints.

Clean rooms, nice restaurant and bars

Everything was perfect - spacious, stylish, clean room with a massive, comfy bed and fantastic views of the river and St Paul's. The spa facilities were top notch, loved the relaxation room. Had a blast at The 12th Knot rooftop bar and the buffet breakfast the next morning was superb. All in all a perfect Valentine's getaway 💘

I have used this hotel a few times. The staff make it not had a bad experience every member of staff friendly and helpful. They make the place. Rooms good, facilities excellent. But again it’s the staff that make it a pleasure.

Absolutely fabulous hotel stay, great staff, comfy beds lovely food and drinks

Amazing hotel located in the heart of London and within walking distance to all the major attractions. Hotel staff was top notch and responded to every need immediately. Hotel food and bar were first class. We even tried to check in early and our room wasn’t ready but they let us rinse off in the spa area which was amazing after flying all day.

We got the entry level room but it was really spacious. Great value for money compared to other London hotels.

Room spotless, had a problem with the toilet flush, but it was soon sorted by a mantainance guy, but unfortunately the problem came back.
