10th floor room we could see the London Eye, very comfortable and quiet. The only drawback was the step into the bath/shower which was very high and made getting in and out awkward

Overall experience was great,very helpful & friendly.Excellent hospitality!But keep in mind,they will charge the “accommodation service” after check out but was never mentioned when you check in or out,keep an eye on this charge from your bank.Needed to mention,Will, from the guest engagement team,for this charge,he acted with quick and efficient response after I emailed him.He was so helpful & willing to do the adjustment for this un-notice charge PROMPTLY!Really save my time of worrying when am I gonna get the money back.In all,their service was excellent,check in & out was great & smooth, even their porter was very polite & helpful.I feel really welcome & warm by their excellent customer service. Also their bedding was amazingly comfortable.Definitely gave us a good rest after a long day of walking.Spacious bathroom but the bath tub was a bit too high,my friends & I were having difficulty to go in & out.Need to be very careful & cautious or else will slip easily.A small point out to the housekeeping team or the management team,since I booked my room with 3 guests, we would assumed all the supplies should able to accommodate for 3 people but not 2 or 1,ex:bath towels & slippers only 2,the hygiene & dental care set only 1 & etc,with all these missing necessities when we request extra they delivered with more quantity which is a plus. I mean being marked as a 5 stars hotel I think working on this minor facility service with attention would help outshine their rating.

Terrible stay - the only reason we stayed here was because of the bar, as a nice place to finish our evening out - on arriving at the hotel, both bars were closed for private functions; there was not even a lobby bar so we had to order room service. Rooms were naff

The patio area was completely ruined by the really high fence so not somewhere l would want to sit. Having paid significantly extra for breakfast l was really disappointed that we couldn’t then order from the menu and had to only have the buffet. The buffet was not great quality, with eggs that were incredibly sloppy and there was no proper bacon, only very hard streaky bacon so l effectively paid £25 for a couple of bits of toast and a yoghurt and mini croissant. The rooms were not luxury as l would have expected compared to other hotels in London we have stayed in at the roughly the same price. In the positive side the staff were lovely and very welcoming.

Lovely location by the river with views of St Paul’s. Riverside view room worthwhile. Dinner in the main restaurant was very good and dealt with a meal allergy well. DJ music in the 12th Knot was tedious and too loud but it is a global trend now.

What An Experience! I celebrated my divorce with this gift to myself! I stayed in a suite with a balcony. That space is a vibe! In my best Johnny Gill voice; 🎼🎶My My My my my my my 🎼🎶 It was everything I hoped a newly independent woman could hope to achieve! The staff was excellent in service, the food was good. I’m grateful I choose to include the breakfast buffet. I already miss the soft scrambled eggs and pork bacon! This whole hotel and setting is worth the cost for the value you receive in enjoying your holiday. Kudos to Sea Containers London PMack, USA
