Hotel was lovely, room fantastic and staff great.
Rated as a 2 as we were double charged and had to pay £100 deposit, now 3 weeks on, despite contact with the hotel and 2 guarantees still not had the deposit refunded!

Very modern and comfortable rooms. They were clean and had good amenities with Nespresso, coffee, machine, and electric kettle and a fridge and safe.. We booked a family room for four but were given two adjoining rooms. That was a bonus because we had two bathrooms.
