Fantastic rooms: mood lighting, comfortable, usual facilities, simple good sized working safe, nice bathroom. Service was lacking in personality and personalisation, it was very transactional which was disappointing given the cost. Fab location and views of London.

Hotel room very comfortable with modern furnishings. Highlight has to be the cocktail bar watching the bartenders work together to make amazing cocktails. We did have an issue with the room not being serviced on both days which we feel was not what to expect from a hotel of this standard. We did eventually get the room serviced and have to say all of the staff are very professional in ensuring wrongs are put right! Ellis the duty manager(?) and the other Receptionist who we spoke to and who also checked us out (sorry didn’t get a name) are to be commended. It was the right location for what we had gone to London for although maybe not our favourite location. Would we return - yes I think we would.

From the beginning of my stay to the end I had an amazing experience with this hotel. Nice and cozy vibe. The front desk staff were amazing and the staff at the bar were excellent! Definitely would be staying here again.

The property is excellent. The room was great. Bed comfortable. Very clean. Staff friendly. We assumed the small bottles of water, and I do mean small, were free, as is the case in most hotels. Wrong. They were £5 each. Absurd. The music in ‘the 12th Knot’ was terrible. The DJ doesn’t accept requests. He was mortified when my friend asked for a tune. More importantly, it was stupid loud. I and my friends needed to leave. We literally could not hear each other speak.

Terrible stay - the only reason we stayed here was because of the bar, as a nice place to finish our evening out - on arriving at the hotel, both bars were closed for private functions; there was not even a lobby bar so we had to order room service. Rooms were naff

The patio area was completely ruined by the really high fence so not somewhere l would want to sit. Having paid significantly extra for breakfast l was really disappointed that we couldn’t then order from the menu and had to only have the buffet. The buffet was not great quality, with eggs that were incredibly sloppy and there was no proper bacon, only very hard streaky bacon so l effectively paid £25 for a couple of bits of toast and a yoghurt and mini croissant. The rooms were not luxury as l would have expected compared to other hotels in London we have stayed in at the roughly the same price. In the positive side the staff were lovely and very welcoming.
