I stayed one night at Pop Hotel, but it turned out they didn't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste. Drinking water had to be obtained from the dispenser in front of the elevator. As for the room, cleanliness was okay.

Just a quick note—the flush panel in the bathroom seems to come loose and keeps falling off. It might need a small repair or adjustment to keep it securely in place.

The staff was very friendly and clearly explained all the hotel facilities. The hotel is close to the mall, making it suitable for both business trips and simply relaxing. The breakfast menu was also delicious.

Strategic location, have stayed there several times, because it is close to the workplace, and there are many culinary options, including MKG, that is the main attraction. Feedback for the management is regarding the unstable Wi-Fi, and is always off - even though it is vital for guests who need an internet connection to always be connected. In addition, in the bathroom, the shower seat was broken, so the position was not right (I was on the 18th floor at that time). Others are safe, meanwhile, the input suggestions, hopefully can be improved. But I personally will still make POP Hotel Kelapa Gading my first choice, whenever I have work or personal matters, which are close to that area. Thank you.

Clean… The only downside is that the shower head is unstable and won't warm up. The cold water only flows slowly, but when you move it to the middle, it doesn't warm up and stays low. When you move it to the left, the water flows faster but it's very hot. It makes showering confusing.

The hotel staff and security were friendly, check-in and check-out were very easy, and housekeeping also offered daily cleaning. The soundproofing in the room was a bit lacking, as you could clearly hear people in the next room. The TV was still analog, so the channel selection was limited, and the AC was cold, and I had some difficulty adjusting it. The hot water and Wi-Fi were also good. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would stay here again in the future.
