The AC was set to 24 degrees, but it always went back to 19 degrees. I called room service, but the problem remained unresolved and there was no follow-up.

these were my several times i stayed but it was bad that there was cockroach on the floor when i stayed last time so for pop hotel please do more sanitary cleanliness for the room because i love staying at pop hotel for the easiest surroundings there and hopefully pop hotel become more success through years.

I don't really like the bathroom because there's a gap and we can really see from inside, so it's not comfortable if we're staying with friends/family... I just called engineering to fix it, but at first I was told to move, but it's the same.

It's quite comfortable and nice to go to the mall, there's complete access, whatever you want is there and you can get off the LRT right near the mall.
