The 3rd time was already there but I was disappointed. The hotel is not like the picture that I can only use the right room only once for the first trip. Room is very old. Reality and Photo on app are totally different. The smell on bed sheet was not nice. Room I stayed on Level 8 but lift just can be up to Level 7, I had to use stair to go up. Lift is very small. Just one good point is good wifi.

Clean hotel, close to pratunam and pratunam mall markets, lots of food places. The friendly people have stayed here many times. only I have no breekfast. but overall is okay.

The reception staff in the morning is quite good and English is good. The hotel clerk was not honest, when I checked out and missed my cellphone charger in the room.
