Very nice but old hotel, people very friendly, elevators very very slow and no running water for some hours during three nights

I love This hotel Resort palm tree 🌴 the sunset 🌅 from this place are wonderful to see it . If I visit Acapulco this is my favorite place .

Very good

I enjoyed my stay, it was quiet, relaxing. However, the food and drink were over priced. The property still not fully open. The food was quality on some itmes was very good. The drinks were as expensive as in the U.S. and were average. Pet fee was extremwly over priced. $50 dollars a night. In the U.S. some hotels charge between $75 and $150 for the entire stay. The beach is nice, though it is open sea. You need to be careful when swimming and not go to far in.

There is still a lot of construction happening due to the Hurricane damage. The side that was open was nice, but the restaurants and pools were limited. Over all we enjoyed it and look forward to returning one day when the repairs are complete.

Staff were professional and kind and respectful. Room was clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable.

the stay was great, nice view, attentions in every aspect, I'll recommended a lot, if you want to eat or drink something else about the restaurant, at the beach you can find a lot of options even cheaper

It’s at all inclusive hotel they only have one restaurant open for breakfast 40 minutes to wait for a table that’s not aceptable. The lounge chairs on the beach are old, dirty, and neglected.

Nice hotel, was my first time traveling that area. I spent only one night, but I got in my room every things I needed, the room was very clean. I enjoyed staying there

Loved that it is pet friendly and has everything included
