Good looking hotel in a great location. My corner room had fantastic views of the Vitacura neighborhood. The WiFi was fairly decent as well and there were plenty of sockets for charging devices. . However, there were some subtle flaws in my room. The lighting over the face basin in the bathroom was insufficient. There was a missing lamp on one side of the bed, the shower stall door did not completely close. While I was there , one of the 3 elevators was out for service so this caused delays in getting around the building. So definitely not a bad place but the devil is always in the details.

Good hotel, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, and good location in Santiago. Would stay here, again, and would recommend to others.

Everything was excellent from the round trip airport shuttle, spotless room with a very comfortable bed, great food, trendy and clean outdoor terraces and super clean and refreshing pool area. The service was top notch and for the price, it was elegance on a budget. Very walkable with so many restaurants and shops just steps away. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! 5 Stars!

location great! the double twin room as an awkward bathroom configuration making the shower leak on to the carpet and leave a weird smell. viewed from the rooftop is amazing and the staff are very kind

Great staff. For our stay, it was was excellent that they had their own pick up and return transfer to the airport because we had long journeys either side and our departure and arrival times were either very late or very early. Also - breakfast on the roof in the mornings with the view of the city was a great plus ! It’s a good section of town for shops and restaurants which are a short walk too.
