Everything was excellent from the round trip airport shuttle, spotless room with a very comfortable bed, great food, trendy and clean outdoor terraces and super clean and refreshing pool area. The service was top notch and for the price, it was elegance on a budget. Very walkable with so many restaurants and shops just steps away. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! 5 Stars!

El hotel tiene buenas habitaciones, modernas, limpio y con buena ubicación. El gimnasio es poco equipado, con mancuernas dd pocos pesos y casi ninguna máquina de fuerza. El restaurante tiene una vista linda , también la mayoría de habitaciones.

Hotel con buena ubicación, tranquilo y una excelente vista en el ultimo piso.
Problemas con la calefacción el primer dia en la habitación (esencial en invierno), que fue corregido al segundo dia.
Agradezco a la gerencia del hotel en su preocupación por solucionar el problema

Good looking hotel in a great location. My corner room had fantastic views of the Vitacura neighborhood. The WiFi was fairly decent as well and there were plenty of sockets for charging devices. . However, there were some subtle flaws in my room. The lighting over the face basin in the bathroom was insufficient. There was a missing lamp on one side of the bed, the shower stall door did not completely close. While I was there , one of the 3 elevators was out for service so this caused delays in getting around the building. So definitely not a bad place but the devil is always in the details.
