This was my fourth trip to Santiago, and I needed a last-minute, one-night hotel stay. I am learning Spanish and the staff at the Doubletree, many of whom are bilingual, were patient and helpful, always positive in attitude. I arrived early and they were able to get me into my room sooner than expected. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable, zero complaints. The complementary filtered water system in the room was a welcome amenity. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, and the view of Santiago from the 17th floor is amazing.

Location Location Location! This hotel is close to everything in Las Condes. Parque Arauco for Shopping and multiple restaurants across the street, please try "LOLITA JONES" for a great Mexican meal and drinks...Spotless facility with gym, comfortable rooms decent speed free wifi and a great view from the top floor where the restaurant is located.

El hotel es muy bonito y está bien ubicado, desafortunadamente por "problemas de disponibilidad" me dieron un cuarto con camas individuales aunque a mí me cobraron una queen size. Usan un aromatizante que huele horrible y super fuerte, eso me costó mucho trabajo adaptarme porque lo ponen a cada rato , es muy molesto!

Terrible experiencia, llegando de madrugada y teniendo que esperar muchi tiempo en recepción. No me ayudaron a conseguir un taxi, argumentando que no trabajan con ningún servicio y diciendo que podían pedir Uber, pero para pagar en efectivo. Muy poco empáticos. Habitación con mal olor

Negativo: O cafe da manha inicia muito tarde, a partir daz 07 hs, o que impossibilita devido a saída muito cedo dos passeios para neve.

Es la primera vez que me hospedo y la verdad muy buena experiencia. Si tuviera que mencionar algo negativo, es en el desayuno. Además de poca atención por parte del personal (meseros y cocineros) no están al pendiente de lo que las personas buscamos o nos hace falta, hay que estar pidiendo varias veces las cosas. El desayuno también podría incluir un par de cosas más interesantes como salmón por ejemplo.
