The property is truly wonderful. The facilities, surroundings, and vineyards make it a very special place to stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to let guests know in advance that having a car is highly recommended. There are limited transportation options, and there isn’t much to do within walking distance or inside the resort itself. It would also be very helpful to better communicate the events taking place at the restaurant. During our stay, there was a special themed evening with live music, but we only found out after it had already started. We would definitely have attended if we had known beforehand. I have stayed at Casa Molle, a boutique hotel in Chile with a similar concept, and I believe it could serve as a great benchmark. There, the experience is enhanced by a heated pool, a luxury spa, and meals included, which encourages guests to spend more time enjoying the property. Incorporating some of these elements could make the guest experience even more exceptional at what is already a beautiful destination with tremendous potential. Polly

This is my favorite hotel in Valle de Guadalupe. I’ve already stayed here three times, and I will definitely be coming back again. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Everything is always spotless. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The wines are amazing, and I highly recommend trying them. Their olive oil is also excellent and definitely worth buying. I would especially like to thank Alex at the front desk. She is always so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She truly made my stays even more enjoyable. The hotel is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valle de Guadalupe, and I can’t wait for my next stay!

The facility was amazing with beautiful vineyard views the rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Very nice resort. Pool area was disappointing. No staff. Bar waiter came a few times and then left. No bathroom by the pool. Our room was not close to the pool so we had to walk down the road and through the lobby to use bathroom in a towel and bathing suits. All of the buildings that being built, I could not believe they forgot a restroom near the pool area while serving lots of drinks!

Super nice, clean, modern and attentive staff. Pool underwhelming. Need more space and lounges and a bathroom area. That would elevate the experience

The room was modern and spacious. The receptionist needs to be friendlier and perhaps provide more detailed information for the “unforgettable experience” El Cielo wants their guests to have. We were never told about amenities (pool, gym, restaurant and activities). The drive from the main rd on to the dirt road was not very pleasant. I think for the high price stay “El Cielo” should PAVE the dirt roads that lead you to the villas. I will not return to El Cielo, very expensive stay.

The property itself is peaceful, elegant, and perfectly captures the beauty and charm of Valle de Guadalupe. The food and wine were outstanding, and every experience on the property felt thoughtfully curated. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, enjoying a glass of wine on your patio, or watching the sunset over the vines, El Cielo offers a truly unforgettable escape. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet relaxing getaway in Valle de Guadalupe, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to come back and will be recommending El Cielo Hotel to all of our friends and family. Five stars all the way!

Stayed for 2 days and had a great experience. The staff was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone made us feel welcome, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. Beautiful property and a great place to relax in Valle de Guadalupe. Highly recommended.

Todo estuvo super bien solamente que alas 4:30 am empesaron hacer mucho ruido😡 en la habitacion de abajo donde se hospedaba el gerente.

Amazing property, we were lucky not many people there, my family enjoy the pool and the views from our room.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was extremely helpful in arranging transportation for every activity we chose. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. Would definitely go back.

Beautiful resort! We loved waking up to the sounds of the birds. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly. For a resort that size, the pool is very small. And the gym even smaller. But we made it work and definitely will stay again at El Cielo!
