The only thing that I would like to have been given was access code for Wi-Fi, and I paid for the breakfast option but the waitress was not very friendly at all. I also requested a helicopter ride with my concierge and he verified my reservation but when we got there they were closed and informed me that they never received any information about my flight at all so needless to say that blew my day as it was scheduled for 12:30 pm. Other than that the food was so delicious at Latitude 32 it made up for everything.

Property was beautiful well maintain, rooms were clean, spacious and great amenities. The staff was friendly ans helpful. They offer free shuttle to restaurant and wine tour. We were there's for 3 days and we can't wait to go back. My wife was very impressed.

The staff is amazing! Super friendly, the property in general is peaceful, you can hear the birds and frogs all the time which is amazing. The pool is heated!
The wine tour is amazing! The underground wine experience is a must! The restaurant….. sorry but it wasn’t good at all! Food wasn’t tasty and it was cold, the service is extremely slow so you can miss the restaurant without a problem.
Other than that is AMAZING hotel!

This property is great for families or couples. However, there’s a lot of dust because the street is all ground. The main restaurant takes too long to serve, and the staff forgets to bring what we request. Overall, they take too much time. Gym needs an upgrade super small and Some of the machines don’t work well. I’m very disappointed with the Gym and the top restaurant service for taking to long.

The Hotel is located in a rural area amongst other wineries, as such, the area is very quite and relaxing if this is what you are looking for. Because it is situated on a vineyard with dirt roads, the rooms tend to get dusty. The deluxe room is a nice size with a balcony and a seating area. Its 5 star for the area, but not 5 star by global standards, in fact for Mexico, its expensive. Don't mess with "Coyote." the black dog near the reception area, he's not very friendly, but if you leave him alone he'll do the same. We ate breakfast at Polaris, the food was okay, the service on the other hand was awfull. Overall it's "MEH" probably the best hotel in the area, however, you could get better in Napa or Temecula without the hassle of crossing the border.
