Very quite and good access, great view of walking ways

Beautiful resort! We loved waking up to the sounds of the birds. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very friendly. For a resort that size, the pool is very small. And the gym even smaller. But we made it work and definitely will stay again at El Cielo!

We had an amazing time — honestly, the stay felt like being in heaven. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience truly special. It’s definitely a one-of-a-kind experience that’s absolutely worth living. Lesly and Alessandra treated us so well and made everything even more memorable!

It's such a beautiful and safe hotel. It has everything you need all in one place. It's clean, well manicured. The views from any room is amazing. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. They have an amazing wine tasting as well.

It was one of those rare trips where everything exceeded expectations and we truly did not have a single complaint. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. Diana and Lezly at the front desk were incredible – warm, professional, and always on top of every detail. They went out of their way to remember our preferences and ensure every request was handled immediately. Jose deserves special recognition for making the resort feel cozy and magical by always lighting the fireplaces for us, often before we even asked. Transportation around the property was seamless thanks to Francisco and Raul, who were always ready to drive us anywhere on the grounds with a smile, making it effortless to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Room and pool service were on another level. Aaron, Manuel, and Brian provided some of the best service we’ve experienced anywhere: the food was consistently great, orders were accurate, and the speed of service was the fastest we’ve ever seen at any resort. Housekeeping was also exceptional – our room was always spotless, perfectly refreshed, and thoughtfully maintained. To anyone on the team whose name we may have forgotten to mention, please know it was not intentional; every single person played a part in making this trip unforgettable, and we are truly grateful!!

Vista espectacular, cuartos amplios y muy cómodos. Personal MUY amable. Me volvería a quedar ahi. Lo único que me pareció extraño fueron los precios de su restaurante Polaris en comparacion con el servicio a la habitacion (el cual lo prepara ese mismo restaurante). Te vendían la botella de vino en 675 pero si pedias que te la entregaran en tu cuarto subia $200. Eso me parece un abuso al cliente, sobre todo cuando te estas hospedando en su viñedo y les estas comprando de su producción de vino. Todo esto tendría que ser precio “viñedo” porque al final estas ahí y mas para los huéspedes del hotel. Disfrutamos un día en la alberca y me quede con sabor de boca un poco amargo, ya que no tienen baños, tienes que caminar hasta la recepción del hotel y otra vez toca que pidas por teléfono como si fuera room service porque no hay un solo mesero ahi, te dejan un teléfono y tienes que llamar a hacer tu pedido con el sobreprecio que les comente. Preparate para aperols de $400 pesos, y ventas a sobreprecio de sus vinos. Uno como huésped sale sintiéndose algo abusado por parte del hotel en ese sentido. El hotel debería de ser un espacio donde promovieran el consumo de sus huéspedes, pero al tener estos precios tan excesivos incluso en comparación con otros lugares del valle de guadalupe terminas no quedándote a consumir en el hotel y mejor llendote a otros lugares.
