Location was perfect, room was clean, breakfast was okay. However! I have an issue with the male reception. He was wrongly set my RM200 deposit into a sale transaction instead of pre-authorization hold, meaning my deposit is charged into my CC. Now after a month I'm still waiting for the refund of my deposit from the hotel. This is so unpleasant! So be careful when you pay for a deposit, make sure it was not a sale transaction or better give it in cash!
Also the reception was not friendly and not informative, he didn't inform which card is for the elevator, which card is for the room, and which card is for power (we stayed in Dorsett Residence). So we were confused why does the elevator wont work, turned out we have to use different card for it. Thanks to the bell boy who explained it to us. It should be the reception jobdesc to inform such things, but none of the information came from him
