Hotel staff named Mr. Shandy was very friendly & helpful during the check in process. Asked to change to a twin bed room, the man who came to the room gave me the key to the new room. Cool 😎

It is a fantastic family hotel, luxury grade. Service was great but not too friendly with extra towels and pillows, maybe due to bad experiences. Breakfast was not up to expectation in quality and spread for the price despite being full with families during weekends. This could be due to a marketing strategy, but I believe they could do better. I would return but not with the breakfast package.

the problem of the price of food for children over 5 years old which I think is expensive compared to children of that age who can be said to eat a plate of rice is not necessarily finished. which is usually free for 2 children. because in several star hotels that I have stayed in never had a problem with it. unless more than 2 children. so that caused many complaints. also feel sorry for the lady who guards the breakfast area at the hotel, after being scolded/scolded by several hotel guests. yes for the hotel management please consider it. I'm afraid there will be a deterrent effect on hotel guests. another thing is the hotel parking lot which has to go up to the 8th floor, gosh. very inconvenient. thank you

Last stayed here in 2016, the hotel is well maintained. The food tastes better than the previous experience, although there is not much variety. The hotel is clean, towels, amenities, and during fasting free takjil is served in the room, there is a coffee maker and iron. I stayed 3 nights, 2 days before Eid al-Fitr, because it was the first time staying at a hotel during takbiran in Medan, so I asked the staff where to pray Eid. Unfortunately they didn't understand. A little advice for the hotel, increase knowledge according to the momentum. Overall I enjoyed my time at the Aryaduta Hotel. Thanks
