Right in front of the MRT terminal, but the food court is a bit far. It's also a bit far from the city center. Clean and quite comfortable. Good service.

Been staying in the hotel for many years. Never once disappointed. Loved the friendly and professional staff. Location is superb, next to MRT station and bus stops. Spacious rooms and family friendly. Highly recommended.

With the new MRT and more shops plus new eateries in the Katong area, it makes it convenient.

I was travelling with my big families and booked 4 rooms for 2 days. The staff was very friendly and accommodating my request of putting all the 4 rooms on one floor. They even upgraded some of the rooms and gave complimentary free of charge extra bed for the kids. Bus stop and Marine Parade MRT line, and underground link bridge are directly in front of the hotel which makes it easy to reach some of popular tourist area! And lots of food court and mall nearby. Hope they can add roof covered walkway to the MRT since it was mostly raining.

Its kind of Hotel, but clean and neat. Best location for east cost area, near mall, shopping center, 16 mins from changi, 15 mins from seafood center.

We stayed on the 9th floor. The room looks outdated with an old-fashioned interior (no renovation). Some parts of the bathroom walls have white cement patches. Not suitable between the price of Sin $ 240 per night (holiday season) with the comfort of the room. I will not stay here anymore.

The room is quite large, so it can fit 1 extra bed. The facilities are quite good, the rooms are clean. The service is quite good. The location is not far from Changi and near Tanjong Katong. It's a bit difficult to find a taxi. Long wait.

We really enjoyed the staycay here! The room is spacious, clean and bed is comfy, the ocean view was great. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Just one small improvement that can be done will be the bath towels, they had a slight cigarette/bbq smell. The lift lobby of our floor was a bit too dim and there were some Chinese dolls on display. Overall it's still a great experience we will definitely want to come back again.

Great staycation for me and my boyfriend. Quite disappointed that the toilet doesn't have a shower head, bidet spray but the bath tub was big and spacious 😎. The hotel was really fast and efficient on the checking in and out plus the effort of designing the room as it was my anniversary on that day + the complementary cake too! They also offered to make up my room during our 2nd day! Breakfast and lunch was good during my stay there. Was very filling and bloated 😋🤣. Swimming pool was good but during cold weather the water was really cold. Bedroom was very spacious and we had a nice view from our room. Bed was very comfortable to sleep. I don't mind coming back again for my next staycation. Stay safe everyone 😷

The room is seems pretty old but well maintained. And the staff is super friendly! The location is quite far from MRT but looks like there will be new MRT lane just in front of the hotel in about next year.

Great Staycay at Grand Mercure. Hotel was very thoughtful to gift us free cake as we mentioned that we are celebrating our anniversary. Some feedbacks though would be to upgrade the TV to smart TV and install bidet in the toilet.

Roxy surprised me with a birthday cake along with a HBD set up in the room :> Thank you! Overall stay in Roxy was superb because the room was good (we got a great deal for year end staycay) and the location was even better! You wouldn’t get hungry in Katong/Joo Chiat because wew - so much sumptuous meals around! Not forgetting the beautiful ECP is also located 10-15 mins away 🥰 Luv it!

Everything about this hotel is just lovely. Front desk very helpful and friendly, they saw it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday and gave me a free room upgrade as well as a birthday cake and decoration. (saw it on the check in paper myself, they didn't tell us to try and get some recognition or smth which says a lot-it ' s a v good thing btw) since it ' s such a peak period they were still able to give me late check out till 1pm. Hotel room was generally clean, just very very minor stains on the sheer which is not a problem for me since everything else was quite decent, aircon was little noisy tho. Overall 10/10 despite it being a old hotel.

Room is big to accommodate 2 adults & 2 kids with extra roll over bed provided by hotel. Friendly staffs and allow slightly late check out at 1pm. Kids got more space to move ard the room and enjoying their bathtub bath even if they can't go swimming if raining. Except for the swimming pool water is quite cold. Otherwise everything is fine here
