Great 5 star Hotel in Singapore

Stayed here for 1 night, the room ceiling is high, which gives more dimension to the room. The room is quite big and clean. The only letdown would be there's no bottled water, only glass bottles that you have to refill yourself (they have a machine in the room), but no manual on how to use it.

I stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard and had a great experience. The hotel design is stunning and very unique, with lots of greenery that makes the atmosphere feel relaxing and luxurious. The room was comfortable and well designed, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall it was a memorable stay and I would happily return.

Everything was perfect! From check-in, breakfast, club facilities, and the very spacious room.

The Pan Pacific Orchard has always been my go-to hotel whenever I visit Singapore—I never stay anywhere else. The location is close to Orchard Road but pleasantly quiet. The service is excellent, everything is impressive, and the architecture speaks for itself. The swimming pool is unique—definitely an amazing place overall.

The check in was not so smooth because there were only 2 check in desks. We arrived early when the room was not ready, So they have asked us for our passports to copy so that it would be smoother to check in when the room became available. They let me know the room number too. But when we went back for check in around 2:45pm, we had to wait quite long time as there were 4 others waiting for check in. After waiting for another 10 mins they told me that the room wasn't ready till 3pm... I wished the hotel staff who asked us to wait for our turn could just check if the room was already available or maybe got us keys as the documents were already presented and the room was already assigned.

The staff are very hospitable, the area is convenient, it is a bit of a walk to orchard mrt but the bus stop is right outside. love the decor and the hotel's interiors. beautiful place with lots of thought put into the architecture.

When showering, the shower bath was empty, when I asked the staff, there seemed to be suspicious looks from housekeeping. Did I drink the soap?

It was great! Hotel was newly renovated during Covid time, so everything was new. I had the connecting room on the 12th floor overlooking the city. The nearest MRT would be Orchard of course. You can take a short walk to Shaw building and go a few levels down to get to the shopping centers or MRT station. The front desks people are also very helpful. I had the breakfast once. Not that many options on food, but whatever they were serving was delicious.
