Compared to other Ascotts, this one is old and dirty. Old carpets with visible dirt greeted us from the start of the check-in process.
The standard receptionist tended to be unprepared (on standby), perhaps because we checked in early in the morning.
And she was coughing (she tried to hold back her cough several times but couldn't), making the initial experience quite lacking.
The room is spacious, cold, and has an old vibe.
Some appliances use three-prong plugs (iron, water heater), and these are only available in the room.
There are none in the kitchen or living room.
The electric stove didn't work.
The hot water dispenser didn't work, but after reporting it, it was quickly replaced.
The restaurant is small.
It can't accommodate breakfast guests. At 8:30, many guests had to wait on the waiting list, including us.
There aren't many food options. The taste is standard.
