This hotel was absolutely delicious! The friendly and responsive service made us feel right at home. The food in the hotel restaurant was also excellent, with authentic flavors and attractive presentation. The location is strategic, close to the city center and major tourist attractions. Highly recommend a stay here! 😊

Overall good, the only thing that made it bad was the bathroom smelled like sewage during the first flush, and there was hair left in the drain. When I complained, it was immediately handled and everything was fine. The coffee maker also wasn't clean yet, as if it had been used for cooking noodles or rice 😭

Overall, the service was good. I was just a bit disappointed. I happened to buy fresh fish and had it frozen in the freezer. It turned out it wasn't frozen. In the end, they found a solution: steam the fish. I had no choice but to do so, but the fish smelled bad during the trip. Next time, please be more serious if there are items that need to be frozen, they must be frozen.
