Staff was kind & friendly, check-in and check-out process is quick & easy

Location wise: best!!! Within 1 min walking distance to Ion Orchard. And I think this is the only hotel with a spacious room but a reasonable price.

The hotel is amazing, staffs are nice and helpful, the room is cleaned every day, they got a nice bed and spacious room, but the distance from the nearest station is pretty exhausting, you have to walk for about 15-20 minutes to reach the hotel, maybe if you’re not a fan of walking, you can take a taxi instead☺️

Close to famous shopping centers in Singapore

Best hotel, near the Orchard area and the center of Singapore. With the support of good service from the staff, I will come again to this hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable, and the location is perfect for getting to Mount Elizabeth Hospital. Breakfast is available nearby at the local food court. The hotel's internet is very fast.

A very well-established hotel in the Orchard area (Mount Elizabeth Street). The hotel has been renovated to be very modern and comfortable again. The price is also quite reasonable for the very large rooms.

Nice hotel to stay, the room is big for family

The accommodation is a bit far from the MRT, about a 10-15 minute walk, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good.

The staff was friendly and the technician was also friendly when the room AC was dead, he fixed it happily.

Pretty safe area though need to walking up the hill from Orchard Road. Love the swimming pool. My last night was pretty noisy, heard pretty clear people talking & children playing 🥹
