Strategic location, close to Orchard MRT, staff service is also very communicative.

I initially chose this hotel because it’s within walking distance of Mount Elizabeth Hospital. The staff also understands the habits of Indonesian guests, and they were very helpful throughout my stay.

Every time we stay in this hotel always brings us very good experiences. Thank you York!!

The hotel's ambiance is clean, the rooms are spotless, the towels and sheets smell great, the breakfast is varied, with plenty of options, even for vegetarians, and the prices are affordable. There are several large malls across from the hotel. Recommended.

Check-in and check-out were quick and simple. It's close, but the walk is uphill, so it's still okay to walk from the MRT with luggage. The food is good, the restaurant staff are friendly, but be careful if you're Muslim; there's always pork at breakfast. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here, but if I'm tired from walking, it's a bit of a hassle to go back to the hotel. Thanks, York.

The hotel lobby is clean and spacious, the rooms are clean and spacious. When we booked, the room size was standard. When we checked in, because the room we booked was full, we were upgraded for free to a larger room. The price was affordable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The environment is comfortable and close to the city center. The restaurant is spacious, with a varied menu and delicious taste. It was a pleasant stay at @York Hotel Singapore.

Strategic location, 4 minutes walk to Far East Plaza.

An old hotel, not well maintained. Bathroom a little bit messy with unfinished small repairs. Shower tub is small, no shower box. We thought the cleaning lady will automatically refill the shower gel bottle, but it was still empty when we back at hotel around 8 pm, so we called front office asking to refill the shower gel bottle, yet nobody came, so we have to call front desk again at 9 pm, then somebody came with the refill.

It was a great experience, me and my family were very enjoy, staffs is very friendly, the hotel is exactly I like, very close with most of the shopping center, just walk about 2-3 minutes, overall is exceed my expectation. Thank you York staffs, make our vacation momerable and we will see you again in the nearest future🙏

I booked a deluxe triplet for 3 adults. The room was spacious, big enough for 4 people, clean, and comfortable. Near Orchard Road (walking distance).
